GymOS is one of the systems Softloom makes. It is written for the way gyms in Egypt and the region actually run — Arabic first, local currency, and built for a reception desk that is busy.
Soft, loom, space
Softloom is a software studio from Cairo, building systems tailored to the way each business works in Egypt and the MENA region.
Our name weaves three ideas together: software, the loom that makes fabric, and the space our ambitions live in.
Our mark is a single unbroken thread tied into an orbit around a spool, which is also the shape of a database. One studio, many systems, each woven for its trade and then fitted to the business that runs it.

Reception’s notebook says one thing, the till says another.
A member pays half the subscription and the balance goes into a notebook. A guest comes in on a spoken invitation. A trainer’s private sessions are commissioned from memory at the end of the month. GymOS exists so that every pound entering the gym has a line with a name on it.
